INTEGRAL QUALITY AND SERVICE   • Engineering, development and production of Technical Projects     In the technical department, GONSUSA has humans and technical resources of high qualification that allow to confront and to solve the necessary engineering to complete the project of all the elements of the accommodation module, with drawings, norms, etc.   • Design, development and elaboration of Decorative Projects     With a global analysis, in direct communication the technical departments and the designers, not only we get an aesthetic and functional project, but also feasible according to the applicable naval regulations and rules.   • Purchasing Managing     GONSUSA manages a wide database of all the elements of the accommodation module, getting optimum solutions in perfect quality and features according to the requirements. The distribution of materials on board is complete assured, in time and condition, through a materials requirements planning (MRP) with specific staff.   • Own Production     GONSUSA manufactures in its own factory, exclusive for the naval construction, the carpentry elements and necessary joinery for the execution of the accommodation construction, using norms of production of own development, getting a differentiated identity in this market.     GONSUSA makes the design, development and manufacturing of each one of the elements of the superstructure of accommodation in an integral way, getting authentic "turn-key". In the same way, GONSUSA carries out small and big transformation works and supplies to other accommodation companies, giving materials and technical solutions. Hence, GONSUSA is a reference in the naval accommodation field.     Furthermore, with the aim of improving the service and to increase its flexibility, NAVALIBER S.L., company of the group, was founded in 1990, which manufactures certified products for ships with the marks NAVALIBER and ISOLIBER as: Bulkheads, Ceilings, Doors, Modular Toilet Units, Floating Floor, metallic furniture, profiles, etc. In this way, GONSUSA reduces dependence of external suppliers sensibly, obtaining important operative advantages and getting lead time much shorter.   • Fitting     GONSUSA has assembly personnel of great experience, and this allows to GONSUSA to cope the construction of all the elements of the accommodation module with full guarantees of quality and execution term. Each project has its own control functional flowchart which is followed from the beginning to the end, assuring in each moment the necessary knowledge of the detail and its general co-ordination.
